SYANGJA, May 18: CPN-UML mayoral candidate Bhupraj Adhikari has emerged victorious in the race for the mayor of Galyang Municipality in Syangja district with 8364 votes, compared to votes 6062 for his closest rival Nepali Congress (NC) mayoral candidate Lal Gopal Aryal.
