KATHMANDU, May 22: UML candidate Krishna Hari Thapa has won the mayoral race of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality.
Thapa has secured 8, 969 votes.

His closest contender Nepali Congress candidate Upendra Karki got 8,487 votes.
Similarly, UML candidate for Deputy Mayor Bindu Simkhada has secured 8, 981 votes while NC candidate Anita Adhikari is in the second position with 8,109 votes.
As many as 27, 781 votes 29, 000 in the local level elections on May 14.
