HETAUDA, May 31: Two people were killed and 14 others have sustained injuries when a bus and a tipper collided at Sunachuri, Naya Basti of Manahari rural municipality in Makawanpur district this morning.
The victims are 23-year-old Keshab Bahadur Rai of Sankhuwasabha-3 and 30-year-old Mohammad Sahuddin from India, the District Police Office, Makawanpur stated.

Rai and Sahuddin died while being taken to the Purano Medical College in Bharatpur from the accident site, according to Superintendent of Police, Basanta Kumar Lama.
Police said that four of the 14 injured in the accident are in critical condition. They are undergoing treatment at the Purano Medical College in Bharatpur.
The tipper (Na 4 Kha 83) was hedaing towards Chitwan from Manahari and the bus (Na 5 Kha 6123) was going towards Jhapa from Kathmandu at the time of the accident. RSS
