KATHMANDU, May 29: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has granted amnesty to 816 prisoners. The pardoning was given to the prisoners in accordance with Article 276 of the Constitution of Nepal on the occasion of the 11th Republic Day, 2075 today. RSS
