KATHMANDU, July 4: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Resident Ambassador of Nepal to the Republic of France, Sudheer Bhattarai, as the non-resident ambassador to Monaco.
The President appointed Bhattarai as the non-resident ambassador to Monaco on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers and in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President.
