KATHMANDU, Nov 24: Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court (SC) claiming that he has been detained illegally.
Supreme Court Information Officer Govinda Prasad Ghimire informed Republica that Senior Advocate Surendra Bhandari filed a habeas corpus writ petition in the SC on behalf of Prasai on Friday.
