KATHMANDU, Sept 15: The Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) has unanimously approved the name of proposed Supreme Court (SC) Justice Binod Sharma.
The PHC meeting held at Singha Durbar on Friday unanimously approved the name of Justice Sharma.

There is a constitutional provision that the president appoints justices only after approval by the PHC. A hearing was held directly after not even a single complaint was filed against him.
