BIRATNAGAR, Oct 15: The chief minister of Koshi Province, Kedar Karki, has expanded his cabinet by inducting two ministers. On the recommendation of the Chief Minister, Province Chief Parshuram Khapung administered the oath of office and secrecy to Shamsher Rai from Nepali Congress and Ram Rana from UML as ministers without portfolio.

Earlier today, Chief Minister Karki took the oath before Province Chief Parshuram Khapung. According to Article 168(5) of the Constitution, Karki was appointed as the Chief Minister of Koshi Province yesterday.
