NHRC offices to remain open during festival holidays

KATHMANDU, Sept. 26: The central, regional and sub-regional offices of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) shall remain open during Dashain, Tihar and Chhath holidays as well.

KATHMANDU, Sept. 26: The central, regional and sub-regional offices of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) shall remain open during Dashain, Tihar and Chhath holidays as well. 



The NHRC said that its offices would remain open from 11 am to 2 pm during festival holidays.

Issuing a press statement today, NHRC Spokesperson Mohana Ansari said that provisions have been arranged to open the NHRC offices on holidays by considering the priorities of human rights protection. 


As per the arrangements, the victims would have an access to register their complaints on human rights violation. RSS
