KATHMANDU, Sept 28: The Supreme Court will remain open from 11 AM to 3 PM even during the Dashain holidays.

Supreme Court Spokesperson Bimal Poudel said that the court will be open to carry out hearings on the habeas corpus cases from the day of Ghatasthapana to the day of Kojagrat Purnima on October 9. In accordance with Section 26 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2016, the hearing will be held on days other than Saturdays and Bijaya Dashami, Ghatasthapana.
