KATHMANDU, March 4: The new ministers will take the oath of office and secrecy at five o'clock today. According to the President's Office, the swearing-in of the new ministers will take place at five o'clock in the afternoon today.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has sent a letter to the President's Office to administer the oath to the new ministers at 5 o'clock and preparations are being made accordingly.
