KATHMANDU, Oct 2 5:The Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) has been running without a vice chancellor for about two months due to wrangling among the ruling parties each of which wanted to appoint their own candidate to the post. The post remains vacant after the four-year tenure of then VC Prof Dr. Jibaraj Pokharel ended on August 30.
