KATHMANDU, Jan 18: Police have arrested a man red-handed while breaking an ATM at Thulo Bharyang in Nagarjun Municipality-2 on Saturday night.
Police caught Kamal Bahadur Dhanuk, 28, a resident of Mahadevistan Rural Municipality-5 in Baitadi while breaking an ATM of NIC Asia Bank.

Police said that another accused is absconding, and search operation has been intensified to nab him.
The arrested man is in custody, and police have already started investigation into the case.
