KATHMANDU, April 13: General Secretary of the ruling Nepal Communist Party Bishnu Poudel has left for China on Saturday.

Poudel is scheduled to inaugurate Xian-South Asian Study Centre at Xi'an University in China's Shaanxi Province on April 15, according to the NCP's Central Committee Member Bishnu Rijal.
