KATHMANDU, Nov 20: The secretariat meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party has started at Baluwatar, the official residence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

The meeting is expected to make concrete decision regarding the cabinet reshuffle. According to sources, PM Oli is reconstituting the cabinet later this afternoon.
Earlier today, the chairperson duo KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal called on the President Bidya Devi Bhandari to inform her in this regard.
