KATHMANDU, Jan 6: A corruption case has been filed against Durgalal Bishwakarma, coordinator of Kohalpur Municipality Office, Banke on charge of bribery.
The case filed at the Special Court has accused Bishwokarma of receiving bribe from a service seeker to provide permision for cutting trees.

Bishwakarma was apprehended with Rs.15000 bribe by a team of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA). The CIAA has sought maximum punishment along with recovery of bribe.
