BIMSTEC Summit: Odd number plate vehicles run on Wednesday

KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) starts from Wednesday in Kathmandu. The vehicles with number plates ending in odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) run today, on Wednesday. This applies to two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and the vehicles belonging to the diplomatic missions in the valley.

KATHMANDU, Aug 29: Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) starts from Wednesday in Kathmandu. 



The vehicles with number plates ending in odd numbers (1,3,5,7,9) run today, on Wednesday. This applies to two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and the vehicles belonging to the diplomatic missions in the valley.

On Thursday, August 30, vehicles with number plates ending in even numbers (0,2,4,6,8) will run.


Ambulance, fire brigade, BIMSTEC card-holders, and National Information Commission card-holders from various media agencies have the free pass to drive vehicles of either number plates.
