KATHMANDU, Nov 4: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed advocate Padam Prasad Baidik as the member of the Judicial Council.
Advocate Baidik is the permanent resident of Pyuthan Municipality-19.
According to the Office of the President, Baidik was appointed to the post on the recommendation of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
PM Dahal recommended him to the post as per Article 153 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal. RSS
