Joshi appointed as member secretary of NHRC

KATHMANDU, Feb 19: Dr Pramod Joshi has been appointed as the member secretary of Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC). A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Sunday appointed Dr Joshi as the member secretary of the NHRC.

KATHMANDU, Feb 19: Dr Pramod Joshi has been appointed as the member secretary of Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC). A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Sunday appointed Dr Joshi as the member secretary of the NHRC.



After the four-year term of the former member secretary Dr Pradip Gyawali expired on February 9 of last year, the position remained vacant.

The newly appointed Member Secretary, Joshi, is an orthopedic surgeon. Currently serving as the chief of Geta Hospital in Kailali, he also holds the position of treasurer of Nepal Medical Association.
