Youth spinner Lamichhane returns home

KATHMANDU, May 22: Nepali youth Spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, 17, has returned home on Tuesday afternoon.



Paras Khadka, Captain of National Cricket Team welcomed Lamichhane at Tribhuvan International airport.

Lamichhane, who is the first Nepali Cricketer to play in the Indian Premier League, stated that the IPL is the learning opportunity. He further said, "The journey of IPL is an opportunity to identify Nepal in the international cricket diaspora."


His performance during the tournament was one of the best in the international matches.
