RAUTAHAT, Oct 2: A young social worker, Sonalal Chaudhary of Chandrapur Municipality-2, Rautahat, has died in a road accident in the district.
According to the Area Police Office, an Indian truck (UP 35 AT 4273) hit the motorcycle (Na 35 Pa 1893) that Chaudhary was riding at around 9PM Friday. He was on his way home from Chandranigahapur. Police have arrested the driver and impounded the truck.

The deceased Chaudhary was a former joint secretary of the Free Students Union at Janajyoti Multipurpose Campus, Chandranigahapur. He was also actively associated with various social organizations.
