VP Pun stresses on national unity

LALITPUR, Sept 2: Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun today emphasized the need for striking national unity for the development and prosperity of the country.

LALITPUR, Sept 2: Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun today emphasized the need for striking national unity for the development and prosperity of the country.



Inaugurating 28th establishment day of the Kirat Yakthung Chumlung Central Committee in Lalitpur, the Vice President called all political parties to move ahead together for national unity as there was no other alternative to this.



He also said there was no other option for all political parties and the people to unite to make the country economic prosperous.



Similarly, lawmaker Nagendra Kumal, also President of the Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities, suggested that the restructuring of local bodies should be carried out on the basis of population and geography. RSS
