Unity a must among those who want new leadership in NC: Thapa

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Gagan Thapa has said that a change in the party’s leadership will be the most important outcome of the General Convention.

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Gagan Thapa has said that a change in the party’s leadership will be the most important outcome of the General Convention. 



Speaking at a program in Kathmandu on Saturday, Thapa said that a change in the leadership of the party is a must. Stating that the Nepali people are in need of trustworthy leadership, who can lead the country toward development, he said that a reliable leader needs to be elected.

Thapa also said that unity and coordination is a must among those who want new leadership for the party. He also mentioned that the leaders who were together in the 12th General Convention of the party should do the same again.
