United Socialist decides to work hard to make ruling alliance candidates victorious

KATHMANDU, May 4: The CPN (Unified Socialist) has decided to come together to make the candidates from the present ruling alliance victorious in the May 13 local polls.

KATHMANDU, May 4: The CPN (Unified Socialist) has decided to come together to make the candidates from the present ruling alliance victorious in the May 13 local polls. 



A secretariat meeting of the party on Tuesday decided to make the coalition candidates or independent candidates from the party victorious in the poll, said the party’s General Secretary Beduram Bhusal.

The party, however, tried its best at the eleventh hour to forge a consensus among the coalition parties in constituencies where the alliance parties have separately contested and no independent candidates from the party have contested in the poll, he said.
