KATHMANDU, Oct 31: United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has paid a courtesy call on National Assembly Chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina today.
The meeting was held at Timilsina’s office in Singha Durbar. Soon after visiting Timilsina, Secretary-General Guterres also called on Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha at the home ministry.

The UN Secretary-General is scheduled to address a joint meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament today.
Guterres, who is in Nepal on a four-day visit, has already held high-level meetings as well as visited Sagarmatha region, Annapurna Base Camp, Pokhara and Lumbini.
