KATHMANDU, Jan 7: The foundation established in the memory of youth leader Ujwal Thapa has come into operation. The foundation was established by Late Thapa's family, friends and well-wishers to preserve his legacy.
The foundation will be non-profit and non-political and will try to practice the values adopted by Ujwal and inform society about his contributions.
