U-15 girl’s team announced for SAFF Championship

KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Head Coach Rakesh Shrestha has announced Nepal U-15 Girls final squad for upcoming South Asian Football Federation (SAFF U-15) Championship which will be held in Thimpu, Bhutan from October 9 to 15.

KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Head Coach Rakesh Shrestha has announced Nepal U-15 Girls final squad for upcoming South Asian Football Federation (SAFF U-15) Championship which will be held in Thimpu, Bhutan from October 9 to 15. 



According to All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), The 23-member Nepal U-15 side will play its first match against India at Changlimithang stadium.

Four teams, namely India, Bangladesh, Bhutan along with Nepal will participate in the tournament. 


The table-toppers will advance to the finals.


Final Squad:

Goalkeepers: Sabitri Kishan, Puja Thapa, Lila joshi

Defenders: Kumari Tamang, Saru Hamal, Manju Khadka, Pratiksha Chaudhary, Devya Yasmali Magar, Sabina Chaudhary, Pushpa Gurung

Midfielders: Anu Rai, Suraksha Sukhariya, Mamata Pun, Sara Bajracharya, Man Maya Damai, Susma GT, Manisha Raut, Sunkala Rai, Asmita Ranapal

Forwards: Preeti Rai, Amisha Karki, Mandira Rai, Nikita Thokar
