KAWASOTI, Oct 31: A biker and a pillion rider died when a motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a microbus at Sunbal-5 in Nawalparashi district along East-West Highway on Sunday evening.
The deceased have been identified as Parashuram Dhakal, 47, and Baikuntha Aryal, 35, of Chormara, Madhyabindu in the district, informed District Police Office, Nawalparashi.
The accident took place when the microbus (Na 4 Kha 7824 heading towards west from the east knocked down their motorcycle (Na 29 Pa 238) coming from opposite direction, police said.
