Tourism Minister welcomes foreign tourists

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: Foreign tourists were welcomed at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu on the occasion of World Tourism Day today.

KATHMANDU, Sept 27: Foreign tourists were welcomed at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu on the occasion of World Tourism Day today.



Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Sudan Kiranti welcomed the foreign tourists who arrived at the TIA via the first flight of Turkish Airlines this morning.

Also present at the TIA to welcome the tourists were representatives from the ministry, Nepal Tourism Board and Department of Tourism and leading organizations of the tourism sector.


Various programs are being organized today to mark World Tourism Day.
