KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Dr Tosima Karki of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won the electoral race to the House of Representatives from Lalitpur Constituency No. 3. Karki secured victory with 14,208 votes.

Her closest rival CPN-UML candidate Amrit Khadka, got 8,223 votes. Pampha Bhusal of the Maoist Center got only 5,456 votes.
