KATHMANDU, July 26: The talks between the government and the representatives of the Dr KC have come near to consensus on Thursday.
The meeting is taking place at the prime minister’s residence in Baluwatar. The meeting is heading toward positive direction as Prime Minister Oli himself is taking the initiative in sorting out the issue as it hit a snag in the negotiation efforts yesterday.
