KATHMANDU, July 15: Sunrise Bank Ltd has started integrated operation following acquisition of Narayani National Finance Ltd.
Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Governor Chiranjibi Nepal inaugurated the integrated operation of the commercial bank amid a ceremony held on Thursday.
Following the acquisition of the national level finance company, the paid-up capital of the bank has increased to Rs 4 billion.
