Student, youth wings of opposition parties decide to intensify protest

KATHMANDU, Dec 6: The student and youth organizations close to the opposition parties have decided to intensify their stir against the constitution amendment proposal tabled at the parliament.

A meeting held at the office of Youth Association Nepal based in New Baneswor on Tuesday decided to to intensify the agitation, shared ANNFSU Vice-Chairperson Mahesh Bartaukla. Protest programmes are being organised as the constitution amendment proposal is against the aspirations of the general public, he shared.


The meeting was attended by the leaders of YAN, Nepal Revolutionary Students Association, All Nepal Youths Association and Progressive Youth Association. RSS
