KATHMANDU, Jan 3: Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar has invited the top leaders of the major political parties to the meeting of Business Advisory Committee (BAC) to discuss a way out to end the House obstruction.
Press Advisor to the Speaker, Babin Sharma said that the Speaker invited the top leaders through the Chief Whips of the parties.
The Speaker has been making repeated bids to end the House obstruction over the constitution amendment bill.
Earlier on Monday, top leaders of the major political parties were invited to BAC meeting, scheduled immediately after the House adjournment. But none of the senior leaders attended the BAC meeting, except the Chief Whips.
