HUMLA, Feb 6: Humla is experiencing heavy snowfall from early morning today. The freezing temperature has affected daily activities of people in the district.
Following the snowfall, the vehicles and air services to and from the only Simikot airport in Humla has been badly hit. It is said that regular flights to Nepalgunj and Surkhet from Humla could not take place this morning due to the snowfall in Simkot.

Locals have said that the snowfall would help contribute to grow crops and vegetables in the district.
