KATHMANDU, Oct 2: Smart telecom has inaugurated its new outlet at New Road in Kathmandu. With the launch of the new outlet, Smart Telecom has launched a new offer named 'Double your Happiness' under which consumers get a Smart SIM free of cost on purchase of Smart SIM costing Rs 99.

Both the SIMs are loaded with 1 GB of data, according to a statement issued by the company. "Smart Telecom is also offering Data packs, international calls, voice and SMS packs at very affordable rates," the telecom operator added in the statement.
