KATHMANDU (REPU-BLICA): Smart Cell, telecommunication operator, has opened new outlet at Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur. The new outlet has come into operation since Thursday, according to a press statement issued on Friday. The statement added that Smart Cell is planning to establish a new smart center in Pokhara very soon as well as in other major cities of the country. Established in 2008, Smart Cell has already launched its 4G services in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur and Pokhara.
