Siddhartha Bank launched two deposit products

KATHMANDU, Sept 9: Siddhartha Bank Ltd has launched two fixed deposit accounts named 'Siddhartha Awakash Muddati Khata' and 'Siddhartha Premium Muddati Khata'.

KATHMANDU, Sept 9: Siddhartha Bank Ltd has launched two fixed deposit accounts named 'Siddhartha Awakash Muddati Khata' and 'Siddhartha Premium Muddati Khata'.



Issuing a statement on Thursday, the commercial bank said that 'Siddhartha Awakash Muddati Khata' is a one-year fixed deposit product with an interest rate of 6 percent per annum is targeted for Nepali citizens who have retired from their working life.



Similarly, Siddhartha Premium Muddati Khata is a two-year fixed deposit account offering an attractive interest rate of 6.5 per annum, the statement added.



"The bank believes that it shall be able to serve more customers through these two new deposit accounts that are bundled with monthly interest payment, comparatively higher interest rate, and several other attractive features," reads the statement.
