KATHMANDU, Nov 22: Shishir Khanal of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is still leading in Kathmandu-6.
Shishir Khanal received 12767 votes when 34545 votes were counted. Khanal's closest rival, Sarbendra Khanal of the CPN-UML, got 7883 votes.
