KATHMANDU, July 10: Liu Jianchao, the head of the International Liaison Department of the Chinese Communist Party, is coming to Nepal today.
Liu, who is coming on a four-day visit to Nepal, is leading an eight-member team. This is the second high-level visit from China since Nepal ratified the US-aid project Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) agreement through parliament.
