KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Secretary Santaraj Subedi has been honored with the Civil Service Outstanding Award 2016 on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal awarded Secretary Subedi with the prize amid a program on the occasion of Civil Service Day at Nepal Academy in the capital today.
