KATHMANDU, Aug 19: Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order in the petition filed by Nepal Telecom Managing Director Kamini Rajbhandari against the cabinet’s decision relieving her from the post.
A single bench of Justice Cholendra Shamsher JBR denied issuing any interim order against government’s decision on Sunday. However, the bench has asked the government to furnish the clarification on the dismissal of Rajbhandari from the post.

Rajbhandari had filed a petition on Friday at the apex court to issue interim order to stop implementing the government’s decision to dismiss her from the post on August 14.
