KATHMANDU, July 30: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued an order to conduct simultaneous hearings on the appointment of office-bearers of the constitutional bodies and Judicial Council members.
Responding to a writ petition, a Full Bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Deepak Kumar Karki, Justices Hari Krishna Karki, Biswombhar Prasad Shrestha, Iswar Prasad Khatiwada and Ananda Mohan Bhattarai issued the order to conduct hearing on all the writ petitions regarding appointment of 52 officials of constitutional bodies and Judicial Council members.
