Samragyee starrer ‘Maruni’ failed to impress audience

Fans, as well as moviemakers of the movie ‘Maruni’ were hopeful that it would be a blockbuster as it featured one of the hit actress Samragyee RL Shah. Samragyee who is one of the expensive actresses of Nepali film fraternity was portraying the character of a transgender.

Fans, as well as moviemakers of the movie ‘Maruni’ were hopeful that it would be a blockbuster as it featured one of the hit actress Samragyee RL Shah. Samragyee who is one of the expensive actresses of Nepali film fraternity was portraying the character of a transgender. 


However, the film neither impressed the audience nor ruled the box-office. Released on last Friday, the film also featured Puspa Khadka, Rebika Gurung, Aayush Pradhan, Arjun Shrestha and many more. Nawal Nepal has directed the movie which was produced by Punam Gautam.
