KATHMANDU, March 31: The Secretary–General of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), Amjad Hussain B. Sial has called on Chief of Army Staff Rajendra Chhetri at the latter's office, Army Headquarters in the Capital on Friday.
