Seat allocation plan to be presented for discussion

KATHMANDU, August 17: The meeting of the ruling coalition’s seat allocation Task Force is being held today. The meeting is going to be held at Baluwatar at 4 PM.

KATHMANDU, August 17: The meeting of the ruling coalition’s seat allocation Task Force is being held today. The meeting is going to be held at Baluwatar at 4 PM.



The coordinator of the Task Force Krishna Prasad Sitaula is scheduled to present a blueprint of the seat allocation among ruling parties for the upcoming Provincial Assembly and federal parliament elections.

On 5th August, the five ruling parties had decided to forge an electoral alliance in the House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly elections scheduled to be held on November 20. The meeting also formed an 11-member Task Force to decide seat allocation among the ruling parties.
