After meeting with the former king for a second time in the past two months, Mishra posted a picture on social media and accused the politicians of demonizing former king Gyanendra by creating a narrative that the monarchy and the former king were the root cause behind all the country's misery.

He also claimed that former king Gyanendra does not have ‘absolutism’ but a spirit of 'reconciliation' for the far-reaching interests of the country.
