SIRAHA, March 29: The question paper for the Nepali subject of the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) has been leaked in Siraha district. The question paper was available in the market just 10 minutes after the exam had commenced.

According to reports, one question paper was illegally taken out from the examination hall, allegedly with the collusion of the exam center chairman and the security personnel. Then, images of the question paper were disseminated via WhatsApp.
Witnesses have observed groups engaged in preparing chits to be passed to the examinees, actively operating in the vicinity of the examination hall.
