KATHMANDU, April 23: Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, arrived in Kathmandu today on a two-day state visit.

President Ram Chandra Paudel, who welcomed the head of state of Qatar at the Tribhuvan International Airport, is also scheduled to host a state banquet in honor of the Emir of Qatar.
Similarly, Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani will hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Wednesday(April 24).
