KATHMANDU, Aug 26: Host Pushpasadan School made winning start to the Second Pushpasadan Cup Valleywide Interschool Basketball in the senior boys' section on Friday beating Little Angels 40-12. Dhurba Lama scored 11 points for Pushpasadan in the game held at Pushpasadan's court in Kirtpur.
Greenfield, New Zenith, Wilson Academy and Radiant Public also won their respective matches in the same event.

Similarly, in the junior boys' section, Hill Town defeated Little Angels 22-13. In the same section, Pushpasadan and Ideal Model emerged victorious beating Rara Hill 28-19 and Swarnim Siksha Sadan 28-25 respectively.
Altogether 21teams from Kathmandu valley are participating in the tournament.
